Terms and Conditions — Plan of Life

By downloading, installing, or using the Plan of Life app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Plan of Life is a spiritual and personal habit tracking application, available on iOS and Android. The App allows users to create, customize, and log their daily norms, with an artificial intelligence assistant for initial setup.

Plan of Life is developed by Bakia on the BitHabit platform.

2. ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY

Plan of Life does not require account registration. All your personal data (norms, notes, history) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your device to prevent data loss.

Bakia does not have access to the content you store in the App. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

3. SUBSCRIPTION

3.1 Available plans

The App offers the following access plans:

• Free trial: full access to all features for a trial period
• Monthly: recurring monthly subscription
• Annual: recurring annual subscription (discounted price)
• Lifetime: one-time payment for permanent access

Current prices are shown in the App and in the app stores.

3.2 Management and billing

Payments are processed and managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), depending on your device platform. Bakia does not process or store payment data directly.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

To cancel, manage, or modify your subscription, go to your account settings in App Store or Google Play.

3.3 Access after the trial period

When the free trial period ends without subscribing to a paid plan, the App switches to read-only mode: you can view your norms and history, but you will not be able to mark norms as completed, add new ones, or modify existing ones.

3.4 Refund policy

Refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies, as applicable. Bakia does not process refunds directly.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

By using the App you agree that:

• You will use the App solely for personal and non-commercial use
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App or any of its components
• You will not use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties
• You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the App (norms, personal notes)

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the App, including its code, design, trademarks, name "Plan of Life", logos, and default norm content, are owned by Bakia or licensed to Bakia.

The default spiritual content included in the App (prayers, devotions, examinations of conscience) belongs to the public domain of the Christian tradition or has been authored by Bakia.

Custom content you create (your own norms, notes) belongs to you.

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The App includes an AI assistant to help you set up your initial norms. This assistant is designed to support your spiritual and personal life plan. The suggestions it provides are for guidance only and do not constitute spiritual, psychological, medical, or any other type of advice. You are free to accept, modify, or ignore those suggestions.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bakia shall not be liable for:

• Data loss resulting from device failure, operating system updates, or uninstallation of the App
• Service interruptions due to causes beyond Bakia's control
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
• Personal decisions made based on the content of the App

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Bakia reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without prior notice. We will endeavor to maintain the core functionality of the service for users with an active subscription.

9. TERMS MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version will always be available in the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time. To cancel your subscription, do so through the App Store or Google Play before the next renewal.

Bakia may suspend access to the App in case of breach of these Terms.
